Stira Pharmaceuticals LLC has openings for Analytical Scientists in Fairfield, NJ.
Duties: Develop analytical methods for successful characterization of drug substances and products using XRPD, FTIR, Raman, DSC, TGA, Morphology G4-ID. Develop and implement analytical testing methodologies to be applied to new raw materials and finished products like solids, semi-solids, liquids, injectable and transdermal. Assist in OOS investigations that concern testing methodologies. Develop and implement IVRT studies. Write validation protocols, support regulatory filings, document testing procedures, and engage in maintenance of analytical lab instrumentation and calibration.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, or related field with at least two (2) years of experience in job offered or related occupation such as Analytical Chemist or Pharmaceutical Chemist. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
