Performs large molecule testing using Qtof HRMS, UPLC, SEC MALS, Circular Dichroism, Plate reader. Synthesize target peptides and perform purification and characterization. Work on multiple types of assays like ELISA, Immunoassay and Florescence etc., N-Terminal sequencing, Quantification and sequencing of and amino acids. Requires MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Biology, or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
